题 目:纳米酶:肿瘤治疗新策略

    我从事临床医学研究的几点体会

主讲人简介

阎锡蕴,肿瘤生物学家。现为中国科学院生物物理研究所研究员。1983年毕业于河南医学院,1993年获德国海德堡大学博士学位。1997年在美国纽约癌症研究中心完成博士后,1997年入选中科院百人计划, 2015年当选为中国科学院院士。她发现了具有重要临床应用前景的肿瘤新靶点CD146,并实现了成果转化。提出了纳米酶新概念,第一次从酶学角度揭示了无机纳米材料的酶促反应动力学、催化机制,并将其用于污水治理、肿瘤诊断和埃博拉等病毒的检测,部分发明专利已进入美国、欧洲和日本。这项工作不仅揭示了纳米材料新特性、拓展其应用,还为模拟酶的基础和应用研究提供了新思想和新材料。原始论文2007年发表在Nature Nanotechnol, 被他引1500次,其结果被国际同行验证并形成了纳米酶研究与应用的新领域。获国家自然科学奖二等奖, 推动纳米酶机制和应用研究领域。

Brief Introduction of ProfessorXiyun Yan

Dr Xiyun Yan,Principle Investigator and director of the Key Laboratory of Protein & Peptide Pharmaceuticals in the Institute of Biophysics Chinese Academy of Sciences, Member of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and also the President of Asian Biophysics Association.

Dr. Yan was the first to forth the new concept of nanozyme, while she also promoted the research on its mechanism and application for tumor diagnosis and therapy. She has published over 160 academic papers, in which the original article on the discovery of nanozyme has been cited over 1500 times. Dr. Yan was awarded the Atlas award in 2015, National Natural Science Award Second Prize in 2012, Beijing Science and Technology award first prize 3 times, two times selected annual "Ten scientific advances in China" (2007, 2012).

主讲人简介

陈孝平,男,1953年生,安徽阜南人,中国科学院院士,教授、博士生导师,中共党员。现任华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院外科学系主任、肝脏外科中心主任,肝胆胰外科研究所所长,器官移植教育部重点实验室主任,卫生部器官移植重点实验室主任。陈孝平同志于1973年毕业于安徽蚌埠医学院医疗系,分别于1982年和1985年在同济医学院(原同济医科大学)获得硕士和博士学位。作为通讯或第一作者发表主要学术论文143篇,其中发表SCI论文84篇;论文他引2620次。

陈孝平同志先后获国家科学与技术进步奖二等奖、教育部提名国家科技进步奖一等奖、中华医学科技奖一等奖和湖北省科技进步奖一等奖各1项;2007年获何梁何利科学与技术进步奖;2008年获中国肝胆胰外科领域杰出成就金质奖章;2012年获中国抗癌协会科技奖一等奖;2013年获湖北省科技推广奖一等奖;2016年获湖北省科学技术突出贡献奖。2017年获亚太肝胆胰协会杰出成就金质奖章。

Brief Introduction of ProfessorXiao-ping Chen

Dr Xiao-ping Chen graduated from Bengbu Medical College in 1973, and then obtained a Master’s degree of Surgery in 1982 and his Doctorate of Surgery in 1985, from Wuhan Medical College in China. Dr Chen has dedicated himself to hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery for more than 40 years, and established a number of innovative techniques for HPB surgery and also made significantly contribution to academic sociality, especially A-PHPBA.

Dr Chen is an honorary fellow of the American Sur¬gical Association since 2011 and an honorary professor of the University of Insubria, Italy, since 2013. Chen has twice been appointed as an executive council member of the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA).He established the Chinese Chapter of IHPBA in 2004, and he has been holding the position of presi¬dent of the Chinese Chapter for more than 13 years. He was elected as president of Asian-Pacific Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (A-PHPBA) for the term from 2013 to 2015. During his presidency, with the support from all councilors, he founded the the Asian-Pacific Laproscopic Hepatectomy Promotion and Development Expert Committee in 2015. The committee was quickly operating and got very good response. So far the committee has successfully held three annually meetings in Wuhan China, Coimbatore India and Seoul Korea, respectively. As President of APHPBA, Dr Chen put great efforts in promoting the growth of APHPBA. Without a doubt, Dr Chen has made a great contribution to the development of APHPBA.

主讲人:龙乐豪教授中国工程院院士

题 目:中国火箭与航天的发展及展望

主讲人简介

龙乐豪,1938年7月出生于湖北省汉阳县一个贫农家庭。火箭与航天技术专家,中国工程院院士。曾任火箭总设计师兼总指挥、中国运载火箭技术研究院副院长、科技委主任、国家首次月球探测工程副总设计师,现任中国运载火箭技术研究院运载火箭系列总设计师。

主持和参加五项国家重点工程中运载火箭研制,提出并确定长征三号甲系列火箭总体方案及51项新技术课题,主持攻克8大关键技术,倡导系列化、通用化、组合化设计原则,经济快捷地研制成功我国主力、世界一流的长征三号甲系列火箭;参加我国首次月球探测工程研制,获得成功;主持我国运载火箭及相关航天工程发展战略研究,提出发展思路、技术途径与实施方案建议,为主管部门决策提供了支撑。

曾获国家科技进步特等奖、国家杰出专业技术人才奖章、全国优秀科技工作者、首届“五一”劳动奖章以及何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖等奖项。

Brief Introduction of Professor LehaoLong

Lehao Long (1938.7.4-) Wuhan City, researcher, rocket and space technology expert, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering. He once served as chief designer and general commander of the Rocket, vice president of the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, director of the Science and Technology Commission, and deputy chief designer of the nation’s first lunar exploration project. He is currently the chief designer of the launch vehicle series of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology.

Hosted and participated in the development of launch vehicles in five key national projects, proposed and determined the overall plan for the Long March III A series rockets and 51 new technical topics. He presided over eight key technologies and advocated the principles of serialization, generalization, and compositional design. Successfully and economically developed China’s main and world-class Long March 3rd Series A rockets; participated in the first Chinese moon exploration project and achieved success; presided over China’s development strategy for launch vehicles and related aerospace projects, and proposed development ideas, technical approaches, and implementation plans. The proposal provides support for the decision-making of the competent authorities.

He was awarded the National Science and Technology Progress Special Award, the National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent Medal, the National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers, the First “May 1st” Labor Medal, and the He Liang Heli Fund Science and Technology Progress Award.

题 目:Building artificial neuronal synapses for understand their structure and functions

主讲人简介

张明杰,中国科学院院士,港科院创院院士。张明杰于复旦大学化学系本科毕业,在加拿大卡尔加里大学获博士学位。于1995年在香港科技大学组建实验室,现为香港科技大学嘉里理学教授,高等研究院资深学人,生命科学部讲座教授。张明杰院士致力于神经信号传导及对细胞极性起调控作用的蛋白的结构功能的研究。其研究拓展了对神经发育及信号传导等基础生物学问题的理解,对于许多神经系统疾病(如神经系统紊乱疾病、遗传性耳聋及失明)的发病机理提供了重要的理论依据。张明杰院士在权威期刊发表过160篇高质量论文,其中包括多篇在《Cell》、《Science》等顶级期刊上发表,其研究在分子神经科学领域备受瞩目。多次接受表彰(2006年国家自然科学奖二等奖, 2011年何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖等),获聘中科院海外评审专家,担任多个国际刊物和学术组织的编辑、编委或理事,2011年被增选为中国科学院院士。张教授也是香港科学院创院院士。张明杰院士非常注重年轻一代科学家的成长,他培养的十多名学生或博士后已在世界各地拥有独立科研队伍。

Brief Introduction of ProfessorMingjie Zhang

Academician,Chinese Academy of Sciences; Founding Member of the Academy of Sciences of Hong Kong.Prof. Mingjie Zhang obtained his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Fudan University, Shanghai in 1988, and his Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry in the University of Calgary, Canada in 1994. After a brief postdoctoral training in the Ontario Cancer Institute, Toronto, Canada, he established his own laboratory as an AssistantProfessor in the Department of Biochemistry, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 1995. Prof Zhang is currently a Kerry Holdings Professor of Science, Senior Fellow of the Institute for Advanced Study, and Chair Professor in the Division of Life Science, HKUST.

Research in Prof. Zhang’s laboratory has been focusing on two areas in the past 20 years. The first area concerns the structural and biochemical basis of neuronal signaling complex organization by scaffold proteins. The second area is how neurons develop polarity during their development and maintain the polarity in their adulthood. Zhang’s lab has been approaching these two fundamental questions in neuroscience by a combination of structural biology, biochemistry, and cell biology approaches. They have published more than 160 research articles in the prestigious scientific journals including Science, Cell, Mol Cell, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, Neuron, PNAS, EMBO J, etc. Prof. Zhang’s laboratory is recognized as a world-leading laboratory in the area of neuronal structural biology. Additionally, Prof. Zhang has won a number of awards (e.g. 2006 State Natural Science Award,2011 Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Prize for Scientific and technological Progress etc) for his excellence in scientific research.Prof. Zhang was elected as a member of Chinese Academy of Science in 2011. Prof. Zhang is a Founding member of the Academy of Science of Hong Kong. Prof. Zhang has been dedicating huge amount of his energy in training younger generation of scientists.More than a dozen of Ph.D. graduates and postdoctoral fellows trained in his lab have established their independent research groups around the world.
